Our Story
Get to Know Us
Kathryn and Ryan are sisters that grew up in Pendleton, IN. Both drawn to creative passions, such as art and music, it was only natural to come together and use those talents to answer the call of furthering God's Kingdom.
In the summer of 2023, Kathryn was reading the book of Proverbs, when she was inspired to write. As the words flowed, it became clear the Lord had His hand in it. As Kathryn stared at the manuscript of a children's book in her notes app, Ryan was the first person she thought of. Kathryn sent a quick text, "Want to co-create a children's book together?"
And the rest is history.
Our Goal
Our mission is simple: to be the light (Matthew 5:14)
by sharing stories rooted in biblical themes and truth, encouraging hearts of all ages to grow in faith.
Our vision is to cultivate a world where every child grows up surrounded by the radiance of God’s kindness, inspired by stories of love, faith, and hope that shape hearts and transform lives.

Kathryn Martin
Christ-centered author with a passion for crafting heartfelt stories that nurture child-like faith. Drawing on the Word of God, she writes to inspire young hearts and families alike. Creates alongside her sister, combining her words with captivating illustrations to bring scripture-infused tales to life. Currently lives in Indianapolis and enjoys singing, reading, and spending time with her fiancé and family.

Ryan Haler
Faith-driven illustrator who delights in creating heartfelt art that nurtures child-like wonder. Drawing on scripture, she infuses each illustration with light and hope, helping to share timeless truths with young hearts and their families. Currently living in New Castle, Ryan enjoys baking sourdough bread and other sweets, spending time with her husband and daughter, and preparing for the birth of her second baby in May 2025.
